5 - 7 years
At this age, children love to score goals and play mini games.
As these sessions are outside (weather permitting), it gives the children the opportunity to learn a skill and put it into practice on a grass pitch. For children who wish to build their physical and social skills, teamwork and communication are vital areas; as much as the football itself. It is also important to learn that winning is great but it is also good to learn how to react when losing. Our focus is teaching the children how to perform a skill and when to use it.
Technical drills:
Passing - short and long
Trapping
Running with the ball
Turning with the ball
Taking players on
Ball protection (shielding)
Shooting

Attacking and defending
Mini Games
Cool down
If the weather is not good we will conduct ball skills activities inside.
